About the Role

Restaurant Partners are the backbone of Uber Eats, allowing us to create outstanding consumer selection and powering the growth of our platform as we innovate and expand our suite of products.

  • As Teamlead of SMB Account Management (m/w/d) at Uber Eats
  • Ireland, you are a business owner who will drive the growth strategy and customer experience for our existing restaurant partners (and growing!).

You will be responsible for the Account Management of SMB Restaurants for Ireland, leading a team of Account Managers.

Your mission is to build a high-performing, motivated team that delivers exceptional value to our partners. This is a role for a "leader-coach"-someone who enjoys diving into the data to find opportunities, but spends the majority of their time coaching their team to be world-class account managers. You will focus on enablement: removing obstacles, refining sales playbooks, and ensuring your team has the skills to drive growth in a competitive market.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire: You will lead the team of restaurant SMB Account Managers for Uber Eats Ireland, focusing on hiring, developing, and retaining a strong and motivated pool of talent.- Cultivate Partnerships: Work closely with our Restaurant Partners, building lasting relationships and ensuring their satisfaction and success working with Uber Eats.- Drive Mutual Growth: Be instrumental in boosting restaurant revenue and value on the Uber Eats platform. This involves strategically leveraging tools like marketing and product adoption while ensuring a strong end-customer experience.- Collaborate Across Functions: Expertly manage stakeholder relationships, working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to enhance the restaurant partner experience and achieve growth targets.

What You'll Need:

  • Commercial Experience: Minimum of 6 years in a commercial role (Account Management, Sales, or Business Development), with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.- Leadership Potential: Demonstrated experience in managing or mentoring others. You take pride in team success and can identify and close individual skill gaps through feedback.- Communication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally and motivate a diverse team.- Adaptability: A proactive, "hands-on" approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and help your team stay focused during periods of rapid change.- Language: Professional fluency in English is required.- Analytical Rigor: Strong data-driven decision-making skills. You are comfortable translating complex dashboards into simple, actionable priorities for your team and senior stakeholders.- Commercial Acumen: A deep understanding of how to build long-term, sustainable partnerships. You know how to balance "hitting the numbers" with maintaining high partner satisfaction.
  • Salesforce and SQL experience is a plus

Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better. Here, bold ideas create real-world impact, challenges drive growth, and speed fuelds progress. What moves us, moves the world - let's move it forward, together.
