About the Role

As an Operations & Logistics Manger, you will support the successful launch and expansion of new cities and archetypes, helping translate company-level growth goals into on-the-ground execution and geo-specific actions.

You will own a defined set of cities or expansion initiatives, building a strong understanding of how new markets are performing, what's driving early results, and where adjustments are needed to accelerate growth or address risks. You'll work closely with more senior team members to identify issues, execute playbooks, and implement targeted interventions during launch and ramp-up.

You'll partner closely with Strategy & Planning (S&P), Central Ops, and functional teams to ensure launches are well-coordinated and expansion efforts are executed effectively. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, fast-paced execution, and learning how strategy turns into real-world growth outcomes.

Your Impact in Role:

1. Own geo performance for your assigned cities and archetypes: You will act as the primary point of accountability for city-level outcomes, interpret performance relative to S&P-defined targets and guardrails, and surface where and why geos are diverging from expectations.2. Diagnose geo-level risks and opportunities: You will analyze city-level trends and performance drivers, identify root causes of underperformance or upside potential, and translate insights into clear problem statements and recommendations.3. Recommend and drive geo-level interventions: You will propose targeted actions to address performance gaps or unlock growth, directly activate City Growth-owned levers where applicable, and coordinate with Central teams on geo-level adjustments to shared levers.4. Execute launch and expansion (L&E) within existing and new geos: You will own the expansion of supply and coverage within assigned cities, partner cross-functionally to support new geo launches when needed, and monitor post-launch performance to ensure geos ramp effectively and sustainably.5. Partner cross-functionally to deliver impact: You will work closely with S&P, Central Ops, and functional teams to align on priorities, ensure geo-level actions are feasible and executed effectively, and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.6. Contribute to playbook development and team learning: You will document what works and what doesn't across geos and levers, share insights to refine geo strategies and intervention playbooks, and help scale learnings across the broader City Growth team.

The Experience You'll Bring:

1. Business level English, Native/ Fluent level Japanese is a must have skill
2. 3+ years experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or an analytical role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including high proficiency in SQL with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
4. Clear communicator with the ability to craft and present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
5. Ability to go deep on technical domains and translate key insights to leadership in a compelling and easy to understand way
6. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional partners toward a clear direction.
7. Comfort working in ambiguity, with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and take ownership of outcomes.
8. Ability to work professionally in both English and Japanese, written and spoken.
