About the Role:

Uber for Business brings the best of Uber's platform-mobility, delivery, and more-to organizations of all sizes.
As the BDR Manager for UKI, you will be the foundational leader responsible for generating a significant portion of the UKI sales teams' revenue pipeline. You will lead & coach a team of 7 highly-driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to uncover our next big sales opportunities, execute against our market strategy, and continue to build on the team's success.
This is a strategic role where you will collaborate directly with Country Managers and the Sales Managers to set the outbound prospecting strategy for the region and be accountable for its successful execution and results.

  • What You'll Do:

Lead and Develop the Team:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team, helping them reach their full potential and coaching them for career readiness, including development into future Account Executive positions.

  • Set clear, actionable goals and guide the team to achieve outstanding monthly, quarterly, and annual results, ensuring consistent revenue pipeline generation.

  • Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives.

  • Strategy and Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with sales operations, sales management, and sales enablement to improve processes, increase efficiency, strengthen data accuracy, and set strategy and implement best practices across the BDR team.

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales playbook that supports scalable growth and helps train a growing team.

  • Define, build, and implement critical KPIs, metrics, and processes that result in consistent, measurable revenue pipeline generation.

  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity across the UKI go-to-market.

  • Execution and Reporting

  • Balance short-term priorities with long-term strategy, ensuring sustainable success for the UKI region.

  • Ensure training and coaching around sales processes, best practices, and tools such as Salesforce.com, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator.

  • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.

  • Share insights and best practices with cross-functional teams and other markets.

  • Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience with a consistent, proven track record of overachievement against sales quota in a high-volume/transactional sales environment.

  • 3+ years hands-on management experience leading successful sales teams, with specific experience managing BDRs and/or sales teams.

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working closely and communicating effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • A proactive, adaptable, and motivational leadership approach established through leading by example.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in SaaS, mobility, or platform-based B2B sales.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce. Familiarity with other key sales tools such as Marketo, Zoominfo, Lusha, Yesware, Groove, or Gong is a strong advantage.
