About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to negotiate, manage and execute local marketing campaigns, particularly those involving high value IP partnerships as well as activate the partnerships through strategic campaigns and IRL experiences. In this role you will manage Uber's most strategic commercial marketing partnerships while simultaneously leading the strategy and execution of brand campaigns that leverage them and drive growth for various products and regions. You will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Experiential and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners across the organization, including Media, Operations, Comms, Social and Data Science.   • What You'll Do
  • Partnership Strategy & Negotiation: Lead the strategic evaluation and negotiation of high-value marketing partnerships, ensure favorable commercial terms are secured and that each deal unlocks meaningful brand impact.- Partnership & Campaign Integration: Develop holistic marketing strategies that bring partnerships to life through integrated campaigns across experiential, media, CRM, social, and owned channels - ensuring cohesive storytelling, break through creative, and measurable impact.- Experiential Strategy & Execution: Own the strategy and execution of experiential activations - both partnership-driven and standalone - from concept through production and launch.- Integrated Campaign Leadership: Lead campaign development, including writing briefs, aligning cross-functional partners, overseeing channel execution, and ensuring campaigns launch on time and at the highest bar.- Agency & Production Management: Manage relationships with agency partners to deliver breakthrough, consumer centric work that performs across channels.- Measurement & Insights: Define and implement measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships, experiential activations, and broader marketing campaigns - leveraging insights to optimize future investments and demonstrate ROI.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a strategic partner to Operations, Business Development, Media, Comms, Social, CRM, and Data Science teams - bringing a strong brand and consumer lens to ensure marketing initiatives drive regional priorities.- Budget Management: Oversee significant budgets across partnerships and integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and strong return on investment.
  • Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years of consumer marketing, partnership marketing, or related experience with a recognized/leading brand
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar, and a demonstrated ability in quantitative fields

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, translating big ideas into measurable business impact across paid, owned, earned, and experiential channels.

  • Experience delivering breakthrough creative with a high bar for quality, craft, and results - with strong instincts for what resonates culturally and drives brand growth.

  • Experience concepting and executing experiential activations or IRL brand moments, including working with production partners and ensuring operational excellence on the ground.

  • Experience working directly with and managing external creative, media, CRM, and experiential agencies to deliver cohesive, best-in-class campaigns.

  • Consumer-obsessed mindset, with a drive to deeply understand audience insights, identify how products meet their needs, and translate that into compelling marketing strategies.

  • Strong data and analytical skills, with experience using insights and performance metrics to inform decision-making, optimize campaigns, and drive growth.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting strategic recommendations and campaign performance to executive leadership.

  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams across regions, time zones, and functions.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams while maintaining focus on highest-impact priorities; experience building scalable processes is a plus.

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and stays calm under pressure while driving work forward.

  • For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD**$159,000 per year**

  • USD**$177,000 per year**.

You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
