About the Role

As a Client Solutions Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by owning vertical-specific, advanced demand generation and performance marketing solutions. You will collaborate closely with Delivery Account Managers (AMs) to identify, develop, pitch, and implement Demand Generation opportunities that maximize value for our merchant partners. Your expertise in 301-level Demand Generation strategies and solutions will enable you to provide strategic support and act as a subject-matter expert in advanced advertising and promotional campaigns.

What the Candidate Will Do:

Identify Opportunities:

  1. Work with AMs to identify Demand Generation opportunities within their portfolio.
  2. Align on Uber's Demand Generation solutions and value proposition to merchants with a one uber solutions mindset.
  3. Act as a trusted technical advisor to both the sales team and customers on specialized product capabilities

Develop Plans:

  1. Analyze merchant insights shared by AMs to confirm potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Demand Generation solutions.
  2. Create a comprehensive pitch plan featuring holistic Demand Generation product solutions and share it with AMs to consolidate the deal.

Document all opportunities in Salesforce Media Cloud:

Pitch Ads Opportunities:

  1. Lead 301+ level Demand Generation pitches, including discovery, handling objections, and budget recommendations.
  2. Serve as a subject-matter expert on new products, advanced questions, and technical specifications, tailoring value propositions accordingly.
  3. Support AMs in pitching ads and offers at the 101 & 201 levels while handling specialized 301+ solutions.

Secure the Deal:

  1. Collaborate with AMs to guide merchants through the decision-making process and secure verbal commitments.
  2. Manage pipeline records in Salesforce Media Cloud, ensuring accurate tracking of deals, contracts, and opportunity closures.

Implement the Campaign:

  1. Oversee the setup of campaigns, ensuring alignment with merchant capabilities and go-live dates.
  2. Manage agreement processes via Salesforce Media Cloud, securing merchant signatures for 301+ products.
  3. Coordinate with Ads Rev Ops to ensure proper campaign execution and operational efficiency.

Post-Campaign Management:

  1. Monitor campaign performance and budget allocation.
  2. Support AMs in reporting campaign outcomes and fulfilling custom data requests from Ads Ops.
  3. Lead Advanced Reporting conversations including how Ads & Offers work together and incrementality reporting.
  4. Address and resolve billing issues in collaboration with Merchant Ops.

Internal Collaboration:

  1. Work with business and product development teams to provide feedback on niche product features and improvements based on customer needs (VOC)
  2. Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of specialized products (Revenue Operations, APS, Tech Operations, etc)

Basic Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of full-time experience
  2. Experience working in a sales or account management client facing role

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in advertising/media sales
  2. Ability to build relationships with multiple internal and external partners
  3. Experience in end-to-end SMB and/or Mid-Market Digital Advertising Sales
  4. Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills
  5. Ability to build and implement strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber
  6. Excellent negotiation, problem solving skills and cross-functional relationship skills
  7. Creative storyteller with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers
  8. Strong leadership ability
  9. Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
  • For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD**$70,000 per year**
  • USD**$77,500 per year**.
  • For Phoenix, AZ-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD**$62,000 per year**
  • USD**$68,750 per year**.
