About the Team

We are building a next-generation HR technology platform to support a multi-entity, global workforce spanning a parent company and international subsidiaries. Our mission is to simplify, standardize, and scale HR systems while preserving legal, operational, and data boundaries across regions. As part of this initiative, we are consolidating HR capabilities onto Oracle HCM Cloud as a shared platform to support:

• Multiple legal entities across regions (US, CA, MX, NL, IN, and others)

• Distinct job, grade, and payroll structures per entity

• Secure identity lifecycle management integrated with enterprise identity providers

• Regional and global HR operating models

You’ll join a highly collaborative team working at the intersection of HR, Identity, Security, Finance, and Enterprise Architecture, partnering closely with HR leaders, IT, and external vendors.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior HCM Cloud Solution Engineer to play a key role in the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud for a complex, multi-legal-entity environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep Oracle HCM functional expertise with strong systems thinking, understands global HR operations, and can design scalable solutions that balance standardization with local autonomy. You will act as a solution and hands-on implementation lead, guiding design decisions across enterprise structures, security, integrations, and data governance.

What the Candidate Will Do

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in business or technology consulting with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.

• Strong background in Oracle HCM implementations.

• Familiarity with Oracle ERP/EPM solutions is an advantage.

• Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM solutions and best practices.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive results.

Nice to have:

• OIC development skills

• Deploy and release cycle best practices

• Good written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing Reference Data Set–based job and grade segregation

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and identity integrations

• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management

• Experience with payroll and statutory requirements across multiple countries

• Prior experience consolidating or migrating from multiple HCM systems into a single instance

• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (Core HR, Global HR, or Integration)

• Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
