Job Details:

Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and yields. This role requires strong understanding of production processes, staffing, accurate recordkeeping, and line performance.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled by reviewing daily production schedules
• Confirm all positions are staffed before line start‑up
• Lead team warm‑ups, ergonomics, and job rotation
• Monitor machinery performance and ensure USDA inspection readiness
• Promote daily safety practices and lead monthly safety meetings
• Oversee product rotation, accurate coding, and shipment accuracy
• Train, coach, and support Team Members; assist with HR-related needs
• Manage rework/returned product records and drive continuous quality education
• Collaborate with other supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes

What You Need

• High school diploma required; additional education or vocational training preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Supervisory experience leading teams in production environments

Schedule & Travel

• Monday–Thursday,

5: 30 AM–5:30 PM

• Occasional travel: 1–5 trips per year
