Job Details:

Responsibility: This position is responsible for operating a forklift in the palletizing area for lines 1, 2, and 3.

Requirments:

  • This position requires a forklift operator license.

  • This person is responsible for operating a forklift for picking up the finished pallets of product from fully cooked lines 1,2, and 3 and transporting them to the freezer or the shipping dock.

  • This person will use the forklift to pick up a finished pallet from the palletizing area of lines 1, 2, and 3.

  • This person will then make sure the Manifestor configures the pallet in the EIM system, place the header card on the pallet.

  • This person will then wrap the pallet by placing it on stretch wrapping machine deck and pressing the start button.

  • This person will then take the wrapped pallet to the freezer or the shipping dock.

Other Duties: Work as directed by supervisor

Equipment: Hairnets/beardnets, liner, gloves, smocks, forklift, finished pallets of product, stretch wrap machines

Special Skills: On Job Training. Forklift training, must be certified operator

Communication Skills: None Specific

Environment:

Work inside facility, noisy, wet floors and cool temps (50 or Below), adequate lighting, moving objects, mechanical and electrical hazards. Sanitizing solutions in water and sanitizers. Days per week and hours per day will vary
