Job Details:

• 7+ years of proven experience with workday integration development and support experience in Workday HCM space.
• Extensive hands-on experience in developing workday integrations covering EIB’s, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, PECI and Studio integrations.
• Excellent analytical skills with deep understanding of Workday reporting, calculated fields, PRISM analytics and BIRT.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and integrate them into Workday HCM.
• Act as a mentor and coach to junior integration developers, offering guidance on best practices and providing feedback to improve the team's technical proficiency.
• Deep understanding of concepts covering Workday webservices, SOAP and REST APIs.
• Ability to help resolve complex integration issues requiring a depth of expertise in Workday solutions.
• Solid understanding of Workday security model to manage ISSG/ISU with integration concepts.
• Should possess strong knowledge in data formats including XML, WSDL, JSON and SSL, SAML, HTTP protocols.
• Expertise in managing complex data transformations and optimizations with XSLT.
• Hands on experience in data conversions and transformations to bulk load data into workday from legacy or external systems using web-services and inbound EIB templates.
