 Job Description:  Cage dump operator uses the hydraulic dump system to safely and efficiently dumps the live transport modules, containing live chickens, on to the live hang belt system.

** Job Synopsis**: Cage dump operator uses a series of controls to bring in and dump the live transport modules, safely and efficiently.  It is the job of the operator to manage bird density on the live hang belt where visible and dump at the appropriate time.  Cage dump operator must also monitor area around the cage dump for live birds outside of belt area and properly capture the bird and return to the belt. Cage dump operator must ensure all birds are clear from the transport modules before cage is removed from the dump by the forklift operator. Cage dump operator is also responsible for flagging transport modules in need of repair.  Animal Well-being and Lockout/ Tagout training are mandatory.  All other duties as assigned by supervision.

Requirements:

3 months operator experience within the past 12 months listed on the application. Can be a combination of employers as long as the experience is at least 3 months.
