Job Details:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is crucial for preventive maintenance, repair, and rebuild of equipment and systems within our facility
Pay range $20.35/hr - $29.10/hr.
Based on Previous Experience:
Key Responsibilities:

Preventive Maintenance: Maintain and rebuild machines, tender/shell belts, butterfly conveyors, skinners, and Sensor X equipment. Monitor and repair equipment during production, documenting all corrections.

Installation and Monitoring: Assist with new equipment installation. Monitor equipment drives, HMIs, and computer boards.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and manuals.

Repair and Replacement: Fix or replace motors, gearboxes, belts, cylinders, blades, and other components.
Job Requirements:

Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months of Industrial Maintenance eperience.

Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday work required if needed. Collaborate with other maintenance personnel.

Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex automated systems and learn equipment-specific training. Good hand-eye coordination.

Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders, lift over 40 lbs., and work in various climates.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills.

Compliance: Adherence to OSHA standards and safety rules.
Rehire Criteria:
-
Must have 90 days since the last term date.

Not eligible for hire if terminated 3x or more.
