Job Details:

Automation & Industrial Maintenance Technician

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PMTravel: 1–5 trips per year

Summary

This role supports plant operations by troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment and integrated systems. The technician works across electrical, electronics, fluid power, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes to ensure equipment reliability and provide technical support to engineering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair on automated machinery and integrated systems.

  • Assist engineering and plant teams with equipment specifications, installations, and system modifications.

  • Provide technical support across all phases of plant operations.

  • Use technical documentation, research tools, and SAP Maintenance for work orders and recordkeeping.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Electronics Technology or related technical field, or equivalent education/experience preferred (skilled trades or military training accepted).

  • 4+ years of automation or industrial maintenance experience.

  • Strong computer skills, including document organization and technical research; SAP Maintenance proficiency or ability to learn.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and teamwork abilities.

  • Technical certifications are a plus.
