Job Details:

Production Clerk / Scheduling Support Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Overview:The Production Clerk supports daily production operations by preparing schedules, reconciling job packets, maintaining production data, and assisting with reports. This role works closely with supervisors and the scheduler to ensure accurate documentation and smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile daily production job packets
• Monitor raw materials, ingredients, and packaging inventory
• Enter and maintain data in Ross, Excel, and Kronos
• Prepare and distribute daily/weekly production reports
• Assist with schedule adjustments and print/distribute schedules
• Provide clerical support, filing, and help resolve production‑related questions
• Spend time on the production floor to understand paperwork processes

Qualifications

• Certificate from a college/technical school preferred, or related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic Outlook functions
• Strong attention to detail; able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must meet basic physical requirements (sitting/standing, handling documents)
