Job Details:

Starting Pay: $19.05/hour. $1.00 Shift premium.

Attendance Incentive offered:

Hours of work: 3 pm to 11 pm Monday

• Friday with flexibility.

Holiday work is required and some weekend work.

This position will be responsible for multiple tasks relating to the dispatching and weighing of live haul trucks in and out of the facility. This position will perform these duties according to a pre-scheduled plan but must possess the ability to make decisions based on current situations and prioritization. This position holder must communicate clearly with management, team members, and producers both orally, verbally and in writing regarding catch times and other job duties. Basic computer skills are required to perform data entry. Weigh master certification is required. Knowledge of trucking procedures preferred but not required. All Tyson Foods policies must be followed to include Animal Welfare and Bio-Security guidelines. Complete all other tasks assigned by management.

This position will perform any other duties assigned by Live Haul Manager. All Tyson policies and procedures must be followed to include Animal Welfare and Bio-Security guidelines.

1. Flexible scheduling

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

1. Must possess Basic Computer Skills.

2. Must be able to perform minimal clerical duties.

3. Must be able to legibly write and properly document weigh ticket and load sheets as required.

4. Mile Radius - 50

Requirements:6 Months Operator experience with one employer in the previous 12-months. Clerical experience and/or Dispatch experience preferred. Knowledge of DOT trucking procedures preferred. High School degree or equivalent .
