About the role

We’re seeking a Staff Product Manager, AI/ML Homepage Personalization to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for Tubi’s personalized homepage experience. This role is central to how viewers engage with Tubi, transforming the homepage into a highly personalized, contextually aware, and intent-driven entry point that improves retention, content conversion, and viewership.

You will own the ranking and recommendation systems that power our homepage, working across product, engineering, design, data science, and content teams to deliver a seamless, engaging, and ever-evolving experience for our viewers.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Homepage Personalization, aligning with Tubi’s broader discovery and retention strategy.

  • Lead the evolution of the homepage ranking and recommendation systems, owning ML and AI models, ensuring they surface the most personalized, relevant, and engaging content for each viewer.

  • Partner closely with AI/ML, data science, and engineering to design personalized models and ranking frameworks that optimize for engagement, retention, and content discovery.

  • Drive a high velocity of experimentation, using A/B testing and data-driven iteration to continuously improve homepage performance.

  • Foster a cohesive and high-performing cross-functional team by leading and collaborating with XFN teams including core experiences teams, design, data science, to ensure the homepage experience is cohesive and consistent across platforms.

  • Champion user empathy, balancing algorithmic optimization with a deep understanding of viewer intent and experience.

Your background:

  • 8+ years experience in product management, with a strong background in AI/ML-driven personalization.

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, data-driven environments.

  • Deep understanding of ranking systems, recommender systems, and user behavior modeling.

  • Expertise in experimentation and measurement frameworks, including A/B testing and multivariate testing.

  • Strong sense of design and UX, with an ability to balance qualitative and quantitative insights.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to align technical and non-technical teams around a clear vision.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences through innovative technology solutions.

  • Experience in streaming media, social media, or consumer entertainment products is a plus.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
