About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive Tubi’s consumer platform integrations and top of funnel discovery experiences across partner ecosystems. This role will focus on improving how viewers discover and launch Tubi content directly from third-party platforms such as Smart TVs (Roku, Google TV, Fire TV, etc.), streaming devices, and emerging distribution surfaces through initiatives like universal search, personalized rows, live tabs, and content hubs.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, External Platform Partners, and internal Business Development teams to define the strategy & roadmap, ship features across multiple platforms, and measurably grow traffic and engagement. This is a highly collaborative, strategic role with exposure to real-world platform constraints, external partner dependencies, and large-scale distribution challenges.
What You’ll Do
-
Own Tubi’s platform integrations strategy & roadmap, supporting platform discovery surfaces such as universal search, personalized platform rows (PMRs), and creatively defining new discovery opportunities and surface areas with global partners.
-
Drive off-platform discovery and launch experiences by pitching new, innovative opportunities that are mutually beneficial to our platform partners and Tubi alike.
-
Support platform partner launches and global expansions by coordinating feature readiness, tracking dependencies, and helping execute international and new-platform rollouts.
-
Collaborate on discovery enhancements that improve how on-demand, live, and sports content surfaces on partner platforms, including metadata quality, ranking inputs, and UX presentation.
-
Partner with Data Science and Analytics to measure impact on key metrics such as traffic volume, launches, and downstream engagement, and to validate hypotheses through analysis and experimentation.
-
Work cross-functionally with Product Design, Engineering, Business Development and Platform Partners to deliver features on time and at high quality.
-
Champion the viewer experience by advocating for clarity, consistency, and trust in how Tubi content appears and launches across third-party platforms.
Your Background
-
5+ years of product management experience, ideally on consumer-facing products, platforms, or ecosystems with multiple surfaces or integrations.
-
Demonstrated ability to ship features end-to-end, from requirements through launch, in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business Development/External partners.
-
Strong analytical foundation, with experience using data to evaluate feature performance and inform iteration.
-
Comfort working in complex, cross-team environments, including navigating technical constraints and external partner dependencies.
-
Clear communicator and collaborator, able to align disparate stakeholders including external partners and the business development team to keep work moving forward.
-
Interest in streaming, media, or entertainment products, especially discovery or distribution challenges.
Preferred
-
Experience working on platform integrations, APIs, or partner-dependent features (e.g., Smart TVs, OTT platforms, search integrations).
-
Familiarity with content discovery systems, such as search, recommendations, metadata, or personalized surfaces.
-
Exposure to international product launches or localization efforts.
-
Comfort working across web, CTV, or device-based ecosystems.
