Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Lead Developer with 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, combining strong core Salesforce expertise (Sales & Service Cloud) with B2B Commerce knowledge. You will contribute to delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions, spanning core CRM capabilities, B2B commerce experiences, and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and B2B Commerce, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Implement Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality covering lead-to-opportunity, quoting, order management, and case management.
• Build reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) for internal users and B2B storefronts.
• Write, optimize, and maintain Apex code (Triggers, Batch, Queueable) to support complex business logic.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and event-driven patterns.
• Work with Salesforce Order Management (OMS) and its integration with B2B Commerce to support order processing and fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing Salesforce and B2B Commerce implementations.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, following Salesforce best practices.
• Ensure adherence to code quality, security, performance, and governor limit standards.
• Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and stakeholders for smooth delivery of features.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience, with hands-on exposure to both core Salesforce and enterprise B2B implementations.
• Strong practical experience with:
-Salesforce Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows)
-Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
-B2B Commerce
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade Salesforce solutions.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data architecture, and governor limits.
• Ability to work independently, solve complex technical problems, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Good communication skills, capable of collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
Key Competencies:
• Salesforce certifications such as: Platform Developer II or B2B Commerce Implementation Specialist
• Experience with Salesforce Order Management (OMS).
• Exposure to front-end frameworks (React, Vue) or headless commerce architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and version control.
• Experience in large-scale or multi-org Salesforce environments.
