What you will do:    

The Manufacturing Systems Co-Op in La Crosse, WI, provides college students with challenging assignments, leadership training and valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders. Through meaningful work projects, our Co-op program offers candidates working toward their Bachelor’s or Master's in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree exposure to a variety assignments which could include: Waste elimination projects for manufacturing areas, Standard work creation and updates, Manufacturing process improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing), Industrial engineering studies, Value Stream capability studies, Capital equipment expense requests, Manufacturing Process Automation and systems integration, Data analysis of manufacturing and warehouse operations, Process Risk assessments for Quality, Ergo, and Safety, Energy Audits .  

• What you will bring:    
• Working towards a BS/BA in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree 
• Overall 3.0 GPA or above 
• Demonstrated leadership skills (minimum of one example in the last four years such as: school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects) 
   
• Resiliency and ability to adapt quickly 

Compensation:   

Base Pay Range: $24.00 - 27.00 per hour

Relocation: $ 3,500

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
