As a brand of Trane Technologies, we at AL‑KO THERM GMBH are specialists in the manufacturing and distribution of AL‑KO ventilation and extraction systems, headquartered in Jettingen-Scheppach near Augsburg. The business units AL‑KO Air Technology and AL‑KO Extraction Technology develop and produce customized HVAC systems as well as a wide range of industrial extraction systems for various applications, employing around 600 people in Germany.

To strengthen our sales team in Austria, we are looking for you as:

Inside Sales – AL‑KO Ventilation Units in Vienna / Brunn am Gebirge (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Technical sales of premium-segment HVAC units from our own production
• Development and expansion of a customer network 
• Technical and commercial consulting and support of ongoing projects
• Follow-up on quotations
• Calculation of projects and creation of plans or technical concepts using our configuration software
• Finding solutions for technically demanding issues
• Close collaboration with your Sales Team 

Your background and strengths:

• Completed technical training, e.g., HTL for building services engineering
• High self‑motivation, customer orientation, and sales skills
• Basic business knowledge and confident use of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP and the Salesforce CRM system would be desirable
• Ability to inspire customers through your professionalism
• Fluency in German
• Experience in technical sales is an advantage, preferably in the field of HVAC systems

We offer competitive compensation as well as comprehensive benefits and programs that help our employees grow both professionally and personally. The collective agreement specifies a minimum annual salary of EUR 31,514 for this position. The actual compensation could be substantially higher and will be determined based on your qualifications and experience.
