Job Summary： 

This role plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by servicing complex products and equipment on assigned projects. It may provide coaching, act as subject matter experts for less experienced technicians and customers and may provide sales support to account managers.


Responsibilities: 
 

1.      Performs complex diagnoses and repairs of equipment and systems at customer’s location.

2.      Performs complex preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests.

3.      Performs complex repairs of mechanical and electro-mechanical components of productive and non-productive equipment and machinery.

4.      Ability to perform all work in the service and maintenance field on all major types of equipment.

5.      Ensures compliance, participation, and support to the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs, and activities and keeping priority in maintaining the workplace safe at all times. 
 

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college/university or equivalent HVAC/R field experience.

·       Minimum of 5 years of HVAC work related experience.

·       Must have excellent problem-solving skills, relevant technical skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

·       Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills to deal effectively with internal and external customers.

·       Must be flexible in work habits and work schedule.

·       Must be adept at transferring technical knowledge to the team members in order to improve service productivity.

·       Has the ability to remain calm when dealing with difficult or distressed people.

·       Good understanding of the need for confidentiality and compliance with the organization’s policies.
