Job Summary： 
In this Refrigeration System Engineer position, you will work closely with the project team to boldly tackle the cutting-edge challenges of the industry. You will complete the design and validation of refrigeration systems using advanced simulation software and top-tier testing equipment, while closely monitoring industry and technological trends to continuously enhance customer value. We expect candidates to possess relevant HVAC theoretical knowledge to efficiently advance technical work. Responsibilities: 
· Deliver validated designs for Air conditioning and Refrigeration systems through simulation, testing and technical data generation with following product development process.

· Select and design key components for new product development projects in air conditioning/heat pumps (centrifugal, screw, scroll, etc.) or air-side systems.

· Develop test plans for prototypes & parts and evaluate test results.

· Provide technical documentation for new product releases.

· Continuously monitor industry technology development trends.

· Optimize system performance and cost through continuous improvement and innovation.

· Provide work documentation as necessary.
Qualifications:
· Master's degree or higher in Thermal Energy, Refrigeration, Cryogenics, Air Conditioning, Engineering Thermophysics, or related fields.

· CET-6 or equivalent level in English, with good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

· Good time management and teamwork skills.

· Strong problem assessment and problem-solving skills.

· Good planning abilities, capable of handling pressure and challenges.

· Up to 5% travel may be required for the job.
