Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce B2B Technical Architect with over 11 years of IT experience and deep expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce (Lightning & Headless). The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end technical architecture, leading cross-functional engineering teams to design scalable, API-first commerce solutions. You will act as the subject matter expert on Experience Cloud (LWR templates), Headless storefronts, and Order Management System (OMS) design.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Strategy & Design

·       End-to-End Architecture: Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions (LWR & Headless) aligned with enterprise business goals.

·       Headless Implementation: Design headless commerce architectures utilizing Commerce APIs, REST APIs, and Composite APIs to support flexible front-end experiences.

·       Multi-Cloud Integration: Lead cross-cloud architecture spanning Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Loyalty, and B2B Commerce to ensure unified customer identity.

·       Complex Flows: Lead the technical design for complex checkout processes, pricing engines, multi-catalog strategies, and promotion flows across multi-market deployments.

Technical Leadership & Governance

·       Team Leadership: Lead engineering teams by driving code standards, conducting design reviews, and providing architectural oversight for API-first implementations.

·       DevOps & CI/CD: Drive environment strategy, source-driven development, and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GIT, and Bitbucket.

·       Performance Optimization: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, focusing on Large Data Volume (LDV) design, performance tuning, and security standards.

·       Identity Management: Design scalable portals with secure authentication flows, including SAML, SSO, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.

Integration & Data Management

·       System Integration: Establish robust integration patterns using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture to connect with ERPs and downstream systems.

·       Order Management: Design end-to-end OMS architecture, covering order capture, orchestration, fulfilment, reverse logistics, and payment integration.

·       Inventory Services: Integrate OCI-based (Omni-Channel Inventory) services, external pricing engines, and distributed commerce platforms.

Qualifications:

Experience

·       11+ years of total IT experience with 9+ years, specifically in Salesforce.

·       6+ years of specialized experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce (Lightning & Headless).

Technical Proficiency

·       Strong hands-on expertise in LWC, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce DX.

·       Proficiency in web technologies including JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript.

·       Experience with operating systems such as Windows and macOS.

Domain Knowledge

·       Deep understanding of B2B/B2C data models, entitlement rules, account-based visibility, and multi-currency/multi-language implementations.

·       Experience with Order Management and Omni-Channel Inventory industries.

·       Preferred Certifications

·       Salesforce Certified B2B Commerce for Developers.

·       Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.

·       Salesforce Certified Administrator.

·       Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Consultant.

·       AI Associate / AI Specialist (Plus).
