·        Perform equipment assembly, testing, troubleshooting, or inspection according to specifications

·        Maintain safety compliance by following all Trane Technologies policies and procedures

·        Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality documentation

·        Conduct root-cause identification for basic equipment or process issues

·        Collaborate with team leads, engineers, and supervisors to improve workflow and quality

·        Assist in training and onboarding new technicians as needed

·        Complete required documentation accurately (quality checks, logs, material tracking, etc.)

·        Contribute to continuous improvement activities, including 5S, Kaizen, and Lean efforts

·        Maintain high standards of professionalism and teamwork while rotating across departments

Qualifications

·        High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred

·        Previous experience in manufacturing, HVAC assembly, or technician‑level work is a plus

·        Ability to learn and adapt quickly across various tasks and processes

·        Basic mechanical, electrical, or HVAC knowledge (depending on facility needs)

·        Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality

·        Ability to lift and move materials as required by the operation

·        Comfortable with fast-paced, dynamic work environments

·        Strong communication and problem-solving skills
