Ready to step into the vibrant world of Real Estate! For our Company Management department (fiduciary services), we're currently looking for an Accountant. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and accounting tasks for companies (SPV’s) active in the real estate sector (mainly letting out of offices, logistics buildings and retail spaces and real estate development). In this role, you will act as a trusted accounting partner for our clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. You will be part of a team of 6 people and report to the Head of Company Management.

What’s in it for you?
You will be responsible for the end-to-end accounting and administrative follow-up of client entities, including:
- Review and validate daily accounting operations : cash receipts/cash management process ensuring accuracy and on time completion: booking of the suppliers’ and customer invoices, bank statements, miscellaneous operations (deferrals, accruals, amortizations, …)
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
- Preparation and submission of periodic VAT returns
- Support during statutory and client audits, acting as a key point of contact
- Delivering high-quality, responsive service to internal and external stakeholders (clients, auditors, colleagues)
Let’s talk about you
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in economics or equivalent practical experience
- Several years of experience in accounting, preferably within a fiduciary, trust, or corporate services environment
- Knowledge of Excel is a must
- Experience with Yardi and/or BOB is a strong asset
- You are fluent in either French or Dutch with a good level of the other language. Above that you have a good level of verbal and written communication skills in English
