-
Maintain and evolve our GTM systems architecture as we scale into hypergrowth.

Own QA, sandbox testing, documentation, and flawless Production releases.
Audit & Optimize
-
Conduct recurring data audits to maintain CRM hygiene, prevent downstream errors, and safeguard forecasting accuracy.
-
Identify system gaps, solve edge cases, and implement improvements that streamline end-to-end workflows.
-
Partner with Rev Ops to automate lead routing, entitlement creation, post-sale handoffs, and renewal workflows.
Collaborate & Enable
-
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Security to understand pain points and convert them into technical solutions.
-
Document processes, train end users, and champion systems adoption across the GTM organization.
-
Serve as a key advisor to cross-functional leaders on scalable systems design.
What Great Looks Like

-
Deep expertise with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, custom fields, and data model design.
-
Strong understanding of GTM processes: lead lifecycle, opportunity management, campaign attribution, and customer handoff workflows.
-
Experience integrating Salesforce with tools like Clari, Hub Spot, Gong, Zendesk, Lean Data, or similar.
-

Partner directly with Rev Ops, Product, and Security leadership at one of the fastest-growing automation companies.
