Job Description:

Distribution Center Data Center (IT) Supervisor

Position Overview:

The D/C IT Supervisor oversees and manages all systems activities within the Distribution Center. Manages the computer operations, Data Center activities, system upgrades and enhancements as well as ongoing maintenance. Supervises the clerical staff involved in data center and ticket/label generating process. Manages equipment inventory and coordinates software and hardware installations. Operates as a central business partner to Engineering, IT, Payroll, and D/C Operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervises all activities and personnel in the Data Center Office. Oversees ticket and distribution printing processes, output matching, report delivery, equipment maintenance and reporting.
• Develops and applies in-depth understanding of all ES and IT systems to effectively problem solve
• Oversees Systems Support activities including, but are not limited to, SCAN warehouse management system, Sortation Systems, Voice Systems and Labor Management Systems. Manages the timely reporting, escalation and resolution of all system related issues. Manages the coordination of implementations of all systems changes, new software and fixes. Communicates recommendations and changes to DC Management.
• Develop strong communication channels with Leadership across the DC operation, across the network, and with Home Office ES Operations, & IT partners
• Focus for project Management: Coordinates and monitors the maintenance of all ongoing maintenance and inventory of all systems related equipment. Works with software and equipment vendors when required. Tracks, reports, and works to resolve network and equipment related issues.
• Participates with projects coordinated by Home Office.
• Oversees system and technical training of DC systems
• Performs other duties and supports project work as needed

The Skills that will Make You Successful:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required
• Supervisory experience with networks and problem solving
• IT/ Distribution/ Manufacturing background
• Understands relationships and interfaces between systems and platforms Problem solving skills: identify and resolve problems and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
• Management & organization skills: Prioritize and plan work, use time efficiently, and develop flexible action plans.
• Ability to effectively communicate with business partners, associates, union representatives and management
• Excellent computer skills, flexibility to work all shifts
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Schedule: A Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:30AM – 5:00PM

Base Pay Range: $66,100 - $87,600 annually
