Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

To carry out day to day tasking delegated by the Management team whilst delivering great customer service to drive profitable sales. These tasks include the processing and flowing of merchandise, markdown execution, maintenance and service including the fitting rooms and the point-of-sale registers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, ensuring it is neat, clean and organised

• Providing customer service on the sales floor, fitting rooms and registers

• Processing and flow of merchandise from back of house to sales floor

• Processing markdowns

• Adhering to Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures

• Adhering to the TJX Global Code of Conduct

• Highly motivated and self-driven

• Effective communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously

• Adaptable in a fast paced, dynamic retail environment
