Job Description:

Distribution Center Expense Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY: Prepares and distributes daily reports. Assists with invoicing, mailings and supplies inventories.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Prepares and distributes various production reports in accordance with report schedules. Assists in preparing budget control reports. Prepares other reports as necessary.
• Matches and checks packaging slips to invoices. Assigns proper expense code to invoices. Maintains supplies inventories and notifies supervisor of re-order points.
• Contacts vendors regarding mailings and supplies.
• Performs special projects and other duties as required. Assists in other areas as necessary.

JOB KNOWLEDGE

Minimum formal education, if any, required to perform this job

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum job skills required to perform this job

Demonstrated PC skills and familiarity with spreadsheet and work processing software is necessary. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

Minimum experience required to perform this job

At least one-year related business experience.

Rate of Pay- 15.20 - 20.50 - 25.80 USD Hourly
