Ready to take the next step in your leadership career? Join TJX Australia (TK Maxx) at our fast‑growing Processing Centre in Marsden Park. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused **Warehouse Supervisor (First Line Manager)**to support our Morning Shift operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a team and help keep our processing centre running safely, efficiently, and at pace.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a strong safety-first culture

• Coach, mentor, and develop your team

• Coordinate resources and help the Shift Operations Manager run the shift smoothly
