Job Description:

Behind the scenes, our Central Store Operations team plays a key role in store success by delivering consistent, accurate and easy‑to‑use operational guidance — and we’re now searching for a Central Operations Coordinator to support this important work.

About the role

No two days are the same in our Store Central Operations Team — and that’s exactly what makes this role exciting.

You’ll be the central communication connection between Store Operations and the wider business. You’ll ensure our stores receive clear, timely, and accurate information so they can focus on delivering our unique treasure hunt experience instore. You’ll manage inboxes, support projects, coordinate meetings, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support the rollout of new business initiatives into stores
