Join Our Growing Loss Prevention Team at TK Maxx Australia!
We are currently inviting TJX Australia Associates & External Candidates to express their interest in Loss Prevention Associate opportunities across our Melbourne Central & West stores for 2026, including - Albury, Bourke Street, Braybrook, Broadmeadows, Craigieburn, Millers Junction, Northland, Point Cook, Spencer Street, Watergardens, Wendouree, Werribee.

About the Role
As a Loss Prevention Associate, you’ll play a key role in protecting our stores and customers. Reporting to the Loss Prevention Manager, you’ll:

Maintain store security and minimise shrinkage.

Respond to incidents and reduce criminal activity.
-
Ensure compliance with operational security systems.
-
Build strong relationships with store teams and promote policy adherence.

Deliver exceptional customer service while safeguarding our brand.
What We’re Looking For
-
Previous experience in Loss Prevention is essential but not required.
-
Strong customer service skills (Retail or Hospitality experience preferred).
-
A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a motor vehicle.
