What you’ll do

As a Senior Staff Engineer specializing in Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), you will lead the design, deployment, and evolution of enterprise endpoint management solutions. You’ll own large-scale, complex initiatives that span multiple teams and technologies, guiding engineering efforts and setting technical direction. You’ll be responsible for mentoring engineers, driving platform strategy, and ensuring operational excellence across Configuration Manager and related systems.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives on solving enterprise-scale challenges, influencing architecture decisions, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

What you’ll need

Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead enterprise-wide Microsoft Configuration Manager deployments and upgrades

• Own Configuration Manager Operations strategy and performance optimization

• Guide development of PowerShell automation for configuration, reporting, and compliance

• Lead integration of Configuration Manager with Microsoft Active Directory for policy enforcement and access control

• Define and enforce best practices for software distribution, patching, and endpoint compliance

• Mentor and coach engineers across the team, fostering technical growth and collaboration

• Drive platform roadmap and influence cross-functional architecture decisions

• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for Configuration Manager-related issues

• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and operational standards

• Evaluate emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concept initiatives

Primary expertise required:

• Expert-level Microsoft Configuration Manager architecture and deployment

• Operations Manager configuration and optimization

• Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and diagnostics

• Microsoft Active Directory integration and policy management
