Strategic Account Manager, Fashion (TikTok Shop, Malaysia)

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and incubate brands, principals, distributors and key merchants that contribute meaningful GMV growth within Fashion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, negotiate commercial plans and secure best deals based on campaign priorities and seasonality
• Identify growth opportunities for merchants through assortment expansion, pricing strategy, content, livestream and affiliate levers, while building JBPs
• Manage seller performance and service quality, including cancellation rate, return rate, shipping lead time and customer experience to improve conversion
• Manage mid and long-tail sellers through scalable incubation programs, seller communications and performance management tools
• Develop and execute category or sub-category growth plans with clear actions across traffic, assortment, content and monetisation levers
• Support internal business reviews, merchant pitches and commercial presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
• Collaborate cross-functionally with campaign, creator, ads and operations teams to drive category growth targets

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree, able to speak both English & Bahasa Malay fluently & proficiently, familiar with Tik Tok;

• With passion for ecommerce and seller operations work; with practical experience in community management; with a good understanding of e Commerce business and campaigns;

• Logical and organized communication, good teamwork spirit, empathetic; strong executive sense, and responsibility.

• Experienced in customer service, account management role and self-owned business before are preferable

• Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in Fashion category

• Strong understanding of Fashion industry landscape, consumer trends, and competitive environment

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, data driven
