Backend Engineer - TikTok Account

We own Tik Tok’s core account, device, session, and user data systems, serving billions of users globally with built-in security requirements one of the most scalable and high-performance systems in the industry (100 millions QPS).

Responsibilities:

1. Design, test, deploy and maintain backend services and core components of distributed systems.
2. Conduct system designs and code reviews.
3. Collaborate with other engineering teams to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.
4. Constantly evaluate and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of our systems.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

1. BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related areas.
2. Experience in one or more programming languages such as Go, Java, C++, Python etc.
3. Abilities to quickly ramp up on new technologies, tools and domain knowledge.
4. Experience in backend server development and database solutions.

2. Good communication and collaboration skills.
