As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze carrier operations performance (collection and delivery performance) and other logistics metrics highlighting key gaps versus targets
• Support carrier WBR deep dives and help solve operational issues between couriers and merchants
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on metrics, etc.,
• Propose new initiatives using AI tools to optimize logistics day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification(s)

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in supply chain, logistics, business operations, or a related discipline. Eligible to work in Spain, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 16 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis.

• Able to start the internship in November 2026

• Skilled in data analysis and able to explain ideas clearly

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluent in Italian and English in order to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in Italy

• Preferred Qualification(s)

• Preferred majors include Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field

• Passion to learn about logistics operations
