Merchant Acquisition and Incubation Project Intern (TikTok Shop Italy - Seller Engagement) - 2026 Start

Tik Tok Shop is an innovative new commerce platform that is redefining the way people discover and shop online. Through seamless in-app shopping experiences, we enable sellers, creators, and communities to drive real commercial value.

Our team supports Tik Tok Shop’s Merchant Acquisition & Incubation strategy for the Italian market, helping sellers through their early journey on the platform — from onboarding and education to engagement, activation, and incubation.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

In this role, you will:

• Support seller engagement and education initiatives for the Italian market.
• Assist with seller outreach, onboarding, and activation activities.
• Support community management, including seller communications and engagement initiatives.
• Help coordinate webinars, training sessions, and seller-facing events.
• Assist in preparing and localizing seller-facing content and communications.
• Track key engagement, activation, and incubation performance metrics.
• Gather seller feedback and support continuous improvements to the seller experience.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to support Merchant Acquisition & Incubation projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in English to be able to work with local stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication with global product teams and resource management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; eager to learn, hard-working, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Open-minded, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Proven experience in problem-solving and time management
• Comfortable working with data and tracking performance metrics.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, social commerce, or seller-facing business operations.
