As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in triaging and investigating high-priority e-commerce escalations related to various online risks and harms.
• Support the team in conducting root-cause analyses to strengthen GNE's risk prevention and management capabilities.
• Monitor key performance metrics and escalation trends to help produce data-driven insights and reports for leadership.
• Assist in drafting and updating frameworks, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for emergency management.
• Support the gathering of information from Legal, Policy, and Product teams to ensure a unified, cross-functional response to platform risks.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (Business, Law, Public Policy, Data Analytics, or related fields preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and interpret data to identify trends.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to summarize complex situations clearly and concisely.
• A "can-do" attitude in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly.
• Strong attention to detail, essential for conducting investigations and ensuring compliance.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Interest in Trust & Safety, platform governance, or global e-commerce regulations.
• Technical proficiency with SQL or advanced Excel is a plus.
