It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee lifestyle (e.g. Food, Travel, lifestyle vlog) creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows to enhance content production efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities.
• Manage merchant partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or above

• Excellent communication skills, ability to manage mass communication, thrives in a dynamic, creator-facing environment with shifting priorities.

• Strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinker with the ability to propose and maintain templates, SOPs, and shared documentation for efficient workflows.

• Good understanding of Tik Tok and content trends in the F&B or attractions industry.

• Proactive, highly organized, and detail-focused.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in creator operations, particularly managing small creators or merchant projects, with strong follow-through across all process stages.
