As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities:

-Support the operations of Live Internationalization TCNs (Tik Tok Creator Network) and assist in coordinating and responding to TCN-related requests and needs.
-Handle daily follow-ups on TCN issues and feedback on product features; identify common pain points across regional TCNs, optimize solutions, develop SOPs, and document/standardize service approaches and best-practice cases.
-Regularly track key performance and operational metrics for TCNs, monitor project progress, and ensure smooth delivery of ongoing initiatives.
-Take ownership of localization-related work, including local strategy adaptation and execution.
-Participate in cross-functional communication and coordination to improve cross-team collaboration efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

-Currently pursuing at least a bachelor's degree in any related discipline
-Advanced level of Japanese plus English
-Passionate about live streaming, with a solid understanding of live content formats and engagement mechanics
-Strong data awareness, logical thinking, and the ability to think independently

Preferred Qualification
-Candidates who are able to start ASAP and can intern for 3 months or longer and be on-site are preferred
-High sense of ownership and responsibility; strong self-learning ability; detail-oriented, reliable, execution-driven, and with strong communication skills
