About the team
Responsible for pricing strategy, cost analysis, business diagnosis and long-term planning of e-commerce logistics, improving overall logistics performance and driving business volume growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop B2B and B2C logistics pricing strategies. Conduct internal and external market research, design effective tariff structures and drive business scale expansion.
• Build end-to-end logistics cost tracking system. Deliver timely and accurate data analysis support for daily cost monitoring and business operation review.
• Carry out regular in-depth business analysis and operational diagnosis, output targeted optimization strategies and drive execution.
• Support medium and long-term logistics business planning aligned with overall e-commerce development goals, and promote the implementation of core strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree or above;
-Experience in strategy, pricing, or data analysis roles;
-Skilled in common data analysis tools; able to adopt AI tools to improve work efficiency;
-Fast learner in new business areas, with strong self-drive and a proactive work attitude;

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics;
-Proven track record in designing pricing/tariff structures or building cost tracking systems.
