Operations Manager – TikTok LIVE Japan

• Strong operational, analytical, and business understanding capabilities to improve live streaming operational efficiency across the NEA region and drive strategy execution;
• Collaborate with teams across different countries through owned projects to explore, iterate, and continuously optimize current operational strategies, achieving scalable operational impact.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• At least 1 year of experience in strategy & operations, business analysis, or related roles within the internet/high-tech industry;
• High-level proficiency in Japanese (Business Level and above) and professional proficiency in English to collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders;

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in live streaming, creator platforms, content ecosystems, customer / partner operations, or related internet platform businesses;
• Experience working in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments is preferred;
• Strong ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in ambiguous or fast-changing business environments;
• Candidates with experience in operational coordination, stakeholder management, or partner-facing roles are highly preferred.
