About the team
LBE team focuses on empowering local businesses to grow to Tik Tok Shop and Tokopedia. We work closely with government agencies, local communities, and ecosystem partner to help MSMEs adopt digital commerce improve their business capabilities through education and trainings, support regulatory compliance and create opportunities for local brands to expand their reach both domestically and internationally. Our goal is to help local businesses grow sustainably while contributing to the local economy and job creation.
As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

About this role
The role will support the LBE team across the variety of projects and gain hands on experience in business operations, project management, and stakeholder engagement. By the end of the internship, you will develop strong project management, communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills, while gaining solid understanding of Indonesia's digital commerce ecosystem and local business development.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the team on all ongoing projects
- Communicating and assist MSMEs at each event for the onboarding process
- Assisting Beli Lokal POC in pulling data and conducting analysis
- Conduct best top research for various categories (from government analysis and industry analysis)
- Other admin related works
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Proficient Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,SUMIF, and Pivot tables
- Can prepare professional presentation decks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to structure, analyze and present report clearly
- Strong work ethic with high level of ownership and reliability
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Previous experience in e-commerce
- Has a willingness to learn
