Responsibilities:
- Assist with incubating merchants to support category growth.
- Discover innovative collaborative models that align with merchants' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently.
- Solve challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Update clients on Tik Tok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications：
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or full-time experience in an e-commerce marketplace business, or retail category management is a plus
- Familiarity with Tik Tok content ecosystem, shoppable content, and brand-creator partnerships is a plus
