Industry Client Solution Manager, GBS AUNZ - GBS

You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

Client Solutions Team at Tik Tok helps nurture accounts through high touch client service and education on Tik Tok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market level insights. Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with XFN teams to ensure a smooth and successful e Commerce campaign execution, whilst managing post-sale client relationships to help them consistently grow
• Analyse campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our Commerce product & program offerings
• Share e Commerce industry & marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy
• Closely support and partner up with the sales team on presale research, media planning and pitching
• Serve as internal & external Shop Ads product consultant to help educate on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow e Commerce book of business
• Proactively lead product update discussions, work with XFN to upskill internal teams' expertise on Shop Ads

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification(s)

• 5+ years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing/e Commerce

• Experience in managing performance clients or agencies with a deep understanding of their challenges

• Proficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization

• Understanding of measurement tools like MMP, pixel implementation and basic troubleshooting knowledge. Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance

• Preferred Qualification(s)

• Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in Excel

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
