We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at Tik Tok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at Tik Tok.

Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to Tik Tok and its affiliates' jobs globally.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

• Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships
• From January to June
• From May to August (Summer)

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in architecture design and development to deliver high-quality, seamless information services and an exceptional experience to hundreds of millions of users.
2. Engage in designing system technical solutions, developing core code, and optimizing systems for performance.
3. Contribute to formulating code standards and testing protocols with LLM, and establish development quality control methods.
4. Assist the team in overcoming technical challenges such as high concurrency, massive traffic, and system decoupling.
5. Participate in technical research and product delivery in the LLM (Large Language Model) field.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate or Postgraduate with a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields).
2. Passionate about computer science and internet technologies; proficient in at least one programming language (including but not limited to Java, Python, or Go).
3. Solid foundation in computer science: In-depth understanding of data structures, algorithms, and operating systems; with a demonstrated interest or research focus on the LLM field.
4. Excellent logical analysis ability: Able to reasonably abstract and decompose complex business logic.

Preferred Qualification:

1. Strong curiosity, with exceptional learning and communication skills, practical experience in the LLM domain.
