Ecosystem Governance Intern, Turkish Speaking (TikTok LIVE)-2027 Start

About the Team:

The LIVE team is dedicated to optimising all aspects of Tik Tok LIVE. From content strategy, monetisation, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users. Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct real-time content review for Tik Tok Live streams in MENA markets.
• Identify and escalate high-risk or policy-violating content
• Analyse user behaviour, market trends, and potential platform misuse
• Prepare summary reports highlighting key findings and trends

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or data-related discipline.

• Strong communication skills; Fluency in English and Turkish as working languages, with strong oral and written communication skills in both, to support communications and cross-functional collaboration with global markets and key stakeholders based in Turkish-speaking markets, where Turkish is a primary working language.

• Available 5 days/week for at least 3 months

• Prior experience in trust & safety, governance, or content analysis.
