Talent Acquisition Project Intern (E-Commerce) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Team Introduction
We’re a regional Talent Acquisition team supporting Tik Tok Shop across SEA. Our team drives hiring strategies that power the growth of our e-commerce business, from early careers programs to experienced hires across key functions.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and engaging potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
• Screen resumes to match qualifications with role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Support the tracking and updating of applicant information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Help prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to monitor hiring progress.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates.
• Assist in providing a smooth and engaging interview experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree ideally in Business, HR, Marketing, Economics, or related fields

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking with candidates, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

• Proactive and resourceful, able to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks, schedules, and trackers accurately.

• Availability, minimum 3 to 6 months full-time commitment preferred.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for e-commerce / tech industry, genuine interest in understanding how platforms like Tik Tok Shop operate.

• Previous internship experience in recruitment, HR, operations, consulting, or a tech startup.

• Analytical mindset, comfortable with data, reports, and using insights to drive decisions (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or data dashboards).
