- Lead the acquisition and partnership development of creator agencies for Tik Tok LIVE. This role involves building strong relationships with agencies and working as partners to grow Tik Tok LIVE together.
- Develop agency strategies based on market and competitor research.
- Identify and onboard new creator agencies and talent management companies, establishing partnerships.
- Provide support for live streaming activities, including reporting for agencies and talent management companies.
- Create manuals and community guidelines for agencies and talent management companies.
- Conduct workshops for agencies and talent management companies.
- Manage goals and KPIs, and perform data analysis.
- Plan and execute other related initiatives.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualification(s)

Experience in sales or business development in the IT, media, or entertainment industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a diverse and international environment.

Business-level proficiency in Japanese.

English proficiency sufficient to collaborate with stakeholders in other regions.
