Dine-in Key Account Manager - TikTok Local Services

Tik Tok Local Services (Tik Tok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of Tik Tok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It delivers valuable real-life experiences and inspires users to explore the world around them.

With the mission of "Discover great places, Empower local businesses" Local Services aims to be the most trusted platform to discover great places and connect local businesses. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Business development and partnership building. Identify top and key local services partners in F&B industry.
2. Drive Tik Tok adoptions and provide integration marketing solutions to customers and achieve industry deep cultivations.
3. Conduct customer visits, negotiate cooperation and contracts with key partners.
4. Partner with local service merchants in delivering high-quality content through short videos, live streaming, influencer match making to improve their sales / transactions.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree or above, previous relevant work experience, with preference for in either e-commerce, F&B or local service industries.
2. Extensive experience in business development, key account management, with proven track record in delivering targets.
3. Strong capability in problem-solving, negotiation and working with XFN teams.
4. Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.
