Commerce Project Intern (GBS) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

The FR Commerce team is responsible for educating, inspiring and building relationships with large customers within Supermarkets, Tech, Home, QSR, Auto, Fashion & E-Commerce in the region. In this role you will participate in a program that exposes you to Tik Tok’s business operations, connects you with interns and Tik Tok'ers, and invests in your personal and professional development. You may pick up new technical skills, while also building a relationship with a 1:1 mentor.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 4-6 month long internship period. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage key strategic projects in partnership with a Brand Partner as mentor for the Commerce team in France.
• Reinforce Creative & Insights support around the most important sub-verticals.
• Manage narrative centralization and help the team to secure more straightforward messages.
• In partnership with the Client Solution Lead, support the reinvention of templatize reports and optimization.
• Monitor trends, best practices and creators in the Commerce ecosystem.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently in your penultimate year pursuing a bachelors degree, or in your final year going on to study a Masters, graduating in 2026
• Must be available to start immediately in Paris for 6 months minimum.
• English professional proficiency is required, as well as proficiency in French for ongoing collaboration with the team.
• Work experience in Sales, Advertising, Consulting, Analysis, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Technical Sales, and Operations, or related fields is a plus
• Project management experience and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate, innovate and implement ideas.
• Demonstrated interest in digital and Tik Tok's ad solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Studying an Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, or Communication degree
• Autonomous spirit, data-driven, and results-oriented.
